Happy holiday season, friends!! I can't believe we're already in the most wonderful time of the year (other than summer, for me)!

If you're like me, I have some Secret Santa gifts I need to get (ASAP) as well as getting the hubs some surprises under the tree.

If I had to make a list for myself, I would list all the practical items I wear day to day when I'm a coach. Since I live comfortably, I can't complain, and I want to pass that on to others.

The funny thing is, one of our physical therapists at the gym said to me this morning: “Casey, you're just a big icon for Adidas” and I laughed because, well, it's true! I had matching olive green Wool It's on and I'd be lying if I said I didn't have one of at least 4 different colors on rotation.

Women's hoodies: Guys, you can ask everyone at my gym what my favorite look is as it gets colder because this is it! I am absolutely obsessed with these Basics oversized fleece hoodies. Sports suit: I mean, can we go wrong with the matching set? No, if you don't want the wool options I mentioned above (my current wardrobe, haha) any of the adidas tracksuits are always on trend!

Sports are good: Adidas is known for its sports bras and they are also known to be long-lasting. I personally go for the light support options, but any option you choose will be great. They also have cute designs and cute ribbons too!

Waterproof hiking shoes: these The Terrex Free Hiker 2.0 Gore-Tex Hiking Boot will make the perfect gift for avid hikers! Personally, I love hiking but I hate when my shoes get wet. That will provide support and comfort and keep you away from getting wet.

Sports shoes for men: Not only would this make a great gift for the man in your life, but I would buy a pair for myself too! I've been looking for shoes to wear with jeans this year and these Gazelle Indoor Boots have been a hit!
